REGISTRATION :

 

The registration is a two step process :

First step :

• pre-registration : personnal data need to be fill in
• once the pre-registration is validated by the administrator : a confirmation Email will be send to you

Second step :

• registration : fill the extra information, choose your registration type, services and payment
• You will recieve an invoce by Email when the payment will be done

Summary amount :

Early registration (December 12, 2012)	550 Euros
Late registration:	650 Euros
Student registration:	300 Euros

The registration fees include the conference access, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome and opening receptions, conference banquet (except for the student registration).
