Curriculum Vitae

I am Associate Professor at the Grenoble Alps University (UGA) and a researcher in GIPSA-lab laboratory, Grenoble, France since September 2011. Prior to this I was assistant professor for 1 year at Toulouse University, France.

I work on applying control theory techniques to computing systems (also called autonomic computing) in order to create self-managing or fully autonomic computing systems!

Moreover I'm also interested in applying control techniques to machine learning algorithms

I got my Phd degree in Automatic Control from Toulouse University (LAAS research laboratory) in December 2010.
  • Advisors: Christophe PRIEUR and Lucie BAUDOUIN
  • Title: Active vibration Control of a flexible fluid-plate system
  • Reviewers: Miroslav KRSTIC (University of California San Diego) and Yann LE GORREC (ENSMM Besançon)
  • Phd defense jury: Lucie BAUDOUIN, Gildas BESANCON, Valérie BUDINGER, Yann LE GORREC, Miroslav KRSTIC, Edouard LAROCHE, Christophe PRIEUR, Jean-Pierre RAYMOND

Prior to this i got my Master degree in Automatic Control and Systems Engineering from Toulouse University and the Engineering degree in Automatic Control and Industrial Informatics form the Dunarea de Jos University, Galati, Romania.
