Il permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des vibrations se propageant dans une toile en lycra, de les mesurer \u00e0 l\u2019aide de capteurs puis d&rsquo;en analyser les signaux.<br \/>Il est notamment possible de faire des analogies entre les ondes membranaires produites et les ondes gravitationnelles \u00e9mises lors de la fusion de syst\u00e8mes binaires de trous noirs coalescents. Cette analogie fournit un support p\u00e9dagogique pour introduire plusieurs notions fondamentales du traitement du signal.<br \/>La conception technique du d\u00e9monstrateur \u00ab Signal et Ondes Gravitationnelles \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le service m\u00e9catronique du P\u00f4le technique du laboratoire confi\u00e9e \u00e0 R\u00e9my Jaccaz, qui a men\u00e9 le projet en plusieurs phases structur\u00e9es.<br \/>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9laborer le m\u00e9canisme global du syst\u00e8me, suivi d\u2019une mod\u00e9lisation tridimensionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un logiciel de conception assist\u00e9e par ordinateur. Cette mod\u00e9lisation a permis d\u2019anticiper le comportement des pi\u00e8ces et d\u2019optimiser l\u2019architecture du dispositif.<br \/>Une seconde phase de validation num\u00e9rique a ensuite permis de v\u00e9rifier le bon fonctionnement de l\u2019assemblage, notamment le m\u00e9canisme de pliage destin\u00e9 \u00e0 faciliter le transport.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s cette validation, une nomenclature compl\u00e8te des composants a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablie afin de lancer les commandes. Pendant l\u2019attente des pi\u00e8ces, les fichiers n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la fabrication assist\u00e9e par ordinateur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s pour l\u2019usinage sur fraiseuse num\u00e9rique.<br \/>La fabrication proprement dite a mobilis\u00e9 plusieurs techniques : fraisage, tournage, d\u00e9coupe, per\u00e7age et impression 3D. Enfin, l\u2019assemblage final a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9, suivi d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de tests destin\u00e9s \u00e0 garantir que le syst\u00e8me fonctionne conform\u00e9ment aux attentes avant sa livraison.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-179ab1f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" Gonzalez Arevalo, vise \u00e0 obtenir une mesure pr\u00e9cise et rapide des vibrations.<br \/>Dans un premier temps, l\u2019architecture propos\u00e9e initialement a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e et optimis\u00e9e afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019acquisition. Les concepteurs ont retenu l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un capteur pi\u00e9zo\u00e9lectrique coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 une interface capable de transmettre les donn\u00e9es vers une application temps r\u00e9el sur ordinateur.<br \/>Le c\u0153ur du syst\u00e8me repose sur un amplificateur d\u2019instrumentation \u00e0 gain r\u00e9glable. Celui-ci amplifie le signal issu du capteur avant son passage dans un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique. Cette \u00e9tape est essentielle : elle permet de transformer le signal analogique en donn\u00e9es exploitables par le microcontr\u00f4leur et l\u2019ordinateur, sans perte d\u2019information ni latence perceptible.<br \/>Deux prototypes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s et test\u00e9s avec succ\u00e8s. Une fois valid\u00e9, le module \u00e9lectronique a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au dispositif m\u00e9canique. Le microcontr\u00f4leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 programm\u00e9 pour effectuer des acquisitions \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence de 500 Hz, ce qui assure un suivi fin des vibrations. L\u2019outil Pyuic5, a permis le passage de l\u2019interface en Qt5 (C++) vers du code en Python. Cette interface utilise le protocole USB vers RS-232 pour la transmission des donn\u00e9es.
