interdisciplinaire originale qui permet de reconfigurer des r\u00e9seaux de neurones profonds de mani\u00e8re dynamique pendant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, tout en prenant en compte les conditions externes, en suivant une approche bas\u00e9e sur les boucles de r\u00e9troaction et la th\u00e9orie du contr\u00f4le.<\/p><p>Au niveau logiciel (SW), pour un mod\u00e8le DNN donn\u00e9, diff\u00e9rentes variantes avec des niveaux de pr\u00e9cision incr\u00e9mentaux peuvent \u00eatre obtenues en r\u00e9glant les param\u00e8tres selon diff\u00e9rentes dimensions :<\/p><ul><li>pr\u00e9cision ou quantification des donn\u00e9es (augmentation\/diminution de la largeur de bits des activations et\/ou des poids),<\/li><li>degr\u00e9 de sparsification (par exemple, \u00e9lagage, d\u00e9composition tensorielle),<\/li><li>profondeur du NN (nombre et type de couches de r\u00e9seau \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter).<\/li><\/ul><p>En fonction du niveau de pr\u00e9cision choisi pour le SW, la pr\u00e9cision moyenne de la sortie changera, de m\u00eame que la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et le temps.<\/p><p>La principale observation est que, pour certaines entr\u00e9es particuli\u00e8rement \u00ab faciles \u00bb, l&rsquo;utilisation de calculs de haute pr\u00e9cision gourmands en \u00e9nergie est \u00ab superflue \u00bb. Inversement, pour les entr\u00e9es \u00ab difficiles \u00bb, les calculs de faible pr\u00e9cision et \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie ne suffisent pas. Par cons\u00e9quent, la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier dynamiquement la pr\u00e9cision du SW est essentielle pour permettre des calculs NN pr\u00e9cis et \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie. Parall\u00e8lement, au niveau du mat\u00e9riel, l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur DNN doit \u00eatre configurable en cours d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de traitement du logiciel. Les diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s des strat\u00e9gies mat\u00e9rielles existantes ont un impact sur la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et la dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution. Par exemple, la modification des strat\u00e9gies de mappage des op\u00e9rations (par exemple, entr\u00e9e stationnaire, poids stationnaire, sortie stationnaire, rang\u00e9e stationnaire), le nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de traitement actifs dans un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur (par exemple, 16&#215;16 ou 8&#215;8 r\u00e9seau systolique), la pr\u00e9cision de leurs donn\u00e9es (par exemple, 8 bits, 4 bits), la prise en charge de la sparsification (par exemple, \u00e9lagage par le poids, \u00e9lagage par l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment, \u00e9lagage structur\u00e9, \u00e9lagage dynamique, activation de la sparsification).<\/p><p>Ce projet ambitionne d&rsquo;explorer les diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s de configuration au niveau du logiciel et du mat\u00e9riel &#8211; ind\u00e9pendamment et conjointement &#8211; afin de pouvoir construire un mod\u00e8le de substitution l\u00e9ger de l&rsquo;impact des configurations sur les attributs du syst\u00e8me. Ce mod\u00e8le permettra une approche orient\u00e9e vers la th\u00e9orie du contr\u00f4le afin de combiner les configurations du logiciel et du mat\u00e9riel pour obtenir des sorties DNN pr\u00e9cises tout en garantissant le calcul le plus efficace possible, compte tenu des conditions d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
