Executive Assistant
Under the leadership of its Director, Akila MOKHTARI, the Administrative and Financial Division is organized into 9 departments/units:
- General Affairs, which is primarily responsible for executive secretarial duties and logistical matters;
- The Human Resources Department, which is responsible for managing the laboratory's staff;
- The Finance Department, which manages the laboratory's finances;
- The Events Unit, which provides support for the organization of events and conferences held both within and outside the laboratory;
- The Documentation Department disseminates the unit's scientific output and provides staff with access to the collections and electronic resources available in the laboratory's libraries and documentation centers;
- Scientific and Cultural Outreach, which supports the laboratory’s efforts to promote and popularize scientific knowledge among the general public;
- The Communications Unit, which handles the laboratory's internal and external communications;
- Technology Transfer and Commercialization, which help foster collaborations between research institutions and businesses to promote scientific and technical innovations;
- Mission Europe, providing support for the development and monitoring of European projects.
