Note that your e-mail is the key to your registration.


Please be aware of the following 2 REGISTRATION STEPS:

• 1. Pre-registration: Registrants will receive an e-mail confirmation once they have made their pre-registration. Pre-registrations are further validated by the organizers.


• 2. Registration: Once a pre-registration is validated, the registrant is informed by e-mail how to proceed with registration.
  

Note that a registration interrupted during payment can only be resumed / changed with organizers' intervention.

Please ensure you have complete information to get to the end of payment step.

Registration Fees: 

(including access to lectures and lecture slides, 5-night accomodation, breakfast included, 5-day lunches and coffee breaks, and Gala Dinner)

• Industry participants and French participants with EPIC affiliation: 1100 € 


• Academics (including post-doctoral researchers) and French participants with EPST affiliation: 650 € 


• PhD students: (please send a copy of your student card at INSEEAUTO2023@gipsa-lab.grenoble-inp.fr when you pre-register): 500


• Participants from GIPSA-lab: 200


• Summer School Lecturers: FREE (but the registration is required)


• CNRS: FREE (please send your agent number at INSEEAUTO2023@gipsa-lab.grenoble-inp.fr when you pre-register). Notice that the CNRS agents must refer to the CNRS delegation they belong to for managing their participation.


• Organizers: FREE

Payment of registration fee is possible by credit card or bank transfer. On-site registrations are NOT acceptable.


If the registration fees are paid by bank transfer please be sure to mention YOUR NAME and "EEAuto 2023" in the bank transfer details


Students must provide a certificate proving their status.


Please note that registration fee refund is only possible
 

• either if registrant could not obtain visa for entering France; in this case justifying documents should be provided;


• or upon providing valid medical certificate to justify for impossibility of attending the School lectures.

Invitation letters for visa purpose will only be delivered after payment of fee.


Everyday lunches and Gala Dinner are included (when registering, please be sure to specify whether you plan to attend or not).


If you have any dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan) or food allergies, please be sure to indicate them when you register.


Accommodation is included in the registration fee (when registering, please be sure to specify if you would need it or not)
