The Ecolo-gipsa Commission
The Ecolo-gipsa Committee, established in 2018, is responsible for the GIPSA-lab’s environmental transitions: it works with the invaluable support of all staff to propose solutions that will enable the laboratory to reduce the environmental impact of its operations.
Key initiatives
- Drafting the laboratory’s environmental charter
- Calculation of the laboratory’s carbon footprint in order to analyse emission sources and refine the laboratory’s sustainability strategy
- Drafting a guide to inform laboratory staff about the tools and practices that will enable them to incorporate the environmental charter into their day-to-day work
