My main activity is to process and analyse data from living systems, simulate biological models and design experiments.

Currently, I am working in collaboration with researchers and colleagues for the development and exploitation of experimental platforms dedicated to neurosciences. These platforms are related to measures at different scales of neural activity: magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), scalp electroencephalography (EEG), intracerebral EEG, micro electrode arrays (MEA), calcium imaging. My works are mainly done in collaboration with colleagues of the Grenoble Institute of Neurosciences (GIN). We proposed and realised new experiments to understand measures on neural networks. These experiments generally generate large database that must be managed to be shared and processed. I implement and develop algorithms that put in evidence propagation of information inside these networks.
